The CHICKEN CHIMICHURRI Its a different way to eat chicken gourmet, but healthy and low in calories at the same time. The chimichurri sauce, with its spices, aromatic herbs and the touch of vinegar brings a delicious flavor to the meat and makes it more juicy. Baked cooking is also one of the healthiest ones out there, so this is an ideal recipe for low-calorie diets and include in your diet plan, routine of healthing eating habits but that will please all audiences.
– 4 pc skinless chicken breasts
– Extra virgin olive oil
– 1 Manojo kale
– 4 Garlic cloves
– 1 glasses extra virgin olive oil
– 1/2 White wine vinegar glasses
– 1 large tablespoon sweet paprika
– 1 large tablespoon ground chili pepper
– 1/2 small tablespoon of cumin
– 1 large tablespoon oregano
– 1 Squeezed lemon juice
– White pepper
CHICKEN CHIMICHURRI PREPARATION:
1 – To start we preheat the oven to 180oC.
2 – We chop kale and garlic. We put them in a bowl.
3 – Add paprika, chili pepper, oregano, cumin, a squirt of lemon juice, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to the bowl. We mix all the ingredients well.
4 – On a baking sheet, place the chicken breasts with a little salt. We make a few little cuts to make the chimichurri better.
5 – Spread well with a brush soaked in the chimichurri breasts and put in the oven with heat above and below for about half an hour watching to ensure that they do not burn.
6 – We’d have them ready to pack, you can serve them cut into medallions so you can see how juicy they’ve been inside.
