Here I leave another recipe for avocado or stuffed avocado, this FILLING AVOCADO WITH TUNA is prepared by filling the avocados with a salad of tuna, peas, corn (cholo or corn), carrot, hard-boiled egg, tomato and parsley. Avocados are one of those ingredients that I would choose if I lived on a desert island and could only carry a few ingredients (I still do not know what the other ingredients would be but it’s between bread, cheese, chocolate or wine).
I love avocados, they are very nutritious and full of those good fats. I try to serve avocados with many different dishes and include them in many salads. In this recipe avocados are the main star, and can be cooking with tuna, peas, corn, carrot, hard-boiled egg and tomato.
INGREDIENTS OF FILLING AVOCADO WITH TUNA:
- A carrot
- 1 tomato
- 1 can of tuna
- 2 tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Lemon juice
- 2 avocados
PREPARATION OF FILLING AVOCADO WITH TUNA:
1 – To start, cook the carrot and potato and cut into cubes.
2 – Mix the cut vegetables in a bowl with the mayonnaise, tuna and lemon juice and season with salt.
3 – Then, cut the avocado in half and remove the stone, then cut the interior without detaching the shell.
4 – Finally serve the preparation on top of the avocado and ¡Ready!
